The Hemoglobin Test Meter is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase to the consumer. The liability of the manufacturer is limited to repair or replacement and in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any collateral or consequential damages or loss. Instruments subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification will be excluded from this warranty. This guarantee specifically excludes expendables and consumables. All warranty claims must be directed to the manufactures authorized dealer responsible for the sale of the system. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the system. This meter is used throughout the world and has passed many International standards but has not yet received FDA approval.

We believe that our hemoglobin meter is the best hand held home hemoglobin test meter available on the market, however, if you are dissatisfied with the meters performance you may return it to us within 30 days for a money back refund. To qualify for this refund you must send us a copy of your recent lab results along with the meter and its stored results. Consumables are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Opened, unsaleable hemoglobin, cholesterol or glucose test strip packs will be deducted at the current pricing. The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs and must contact us before returning the meter to obtain our return form.
